Research-use only
All products sold by BRP are research chemicals intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes. They are not intended for human consumption, cosmetic, therapeutic, or veterinary use. Customer agrees that no BRP product will be used on humans.
Eligibility
Customers must be at least 21 years of age. By placing an order, the customer represents and warrants that they are 21 or older and that they are purchasing on behalf of a legitimate research entity, laboratory, or qualified independent researcher.
No medical advice
Nothing on this site constitutes medical, scientific, regulatory, or legal advice. BRP does not provide dosing, administration, or therapeutic guidance for any product.
Acceptance of orders
BRP reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. Customers must provide accurate ordering, billing, and shipping information. Suspected fraud or misuse will result in immediate cancellation and may be reported.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BRP's liability for any product is limited to the purchase price of that product. BRP is not responsible for any consequence arising from misuse, off-label use, or use contrary to these terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Florida unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law.
