1. Purpose of Purchase

I understand and agree that all products sold by the Company are designated for research use only and are not intended for: • Human consumption • Medical treatment or therapy • Diagnostic procedures • Clinical applications I further acknowledge that any use inconsistent with these restrictions is strictly prohibited.
2. Understanding of Product Status
I acknowledge that the products offered by the Company are research materials that may possess characteristics and risks associated with experimental compounds. I understand and agree that: • The products have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for human use. • Scientific information regarding certain compounds may be limited, evolving, or incomplete. • The products are not marketed or sold as food, dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, or medical devices. • The Company makes no representations regarding suitability for any purpose other than lawful research activities.
3. Qualifications and Safe Handling
I represent that I possess, or have access to, the knowledge, training, facilities, and equipment necessary to properly handle laboratory research materials. I agree that I will: • Follow accepted laboratory safety procedures and industry best practices. • Use appropriate protective equipment and safety measures when handling products. • Store products securely and in accordance with applicable safety guidelines. • Dispose of products and related materials in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. • Prevent products from being used in any manner inconsistent with their intended research purpose.
4. Assumption of Responsibility
I acknowledge that the purchase, possession, storage, handling, transportation, and use of research materials involve inherent risks. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for all activities involving products obtained from the Company after delivery and acknowledge that such activities are conducted at my own risk.
5. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree that BRP Research Group LLC, its owners, managers, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any claims, damages, losses, expenses, injuries, or liabilities arising from: • Improper handling or storage of products. • Unauthorized or unintended use of products. • Violation of applicable laws or regulations. • Use of products outside their intended research purpose. • Reliance upon information provided on the website or related materials.
6. Indemnification
I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliated parties from any claims, actions, penalties, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from: • My violation of this certification. • Misuse of products purchased from the Company. • Unauthorized resale, transfer, or distribution of products. • Any use of products that is inconsistent with applicable laws or the Company's policies.
7. Accuracy of Information
I certify that all information submitted in connection with my account, purchase, or order is complete and accurate. I understand that the Company reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or restrict any order if it reasonably believes that false information has been provided, the purchaser does not meet eligibility requirements, the products may be used for purposes inconsistent with their intended research designation, or applicable laws, regulations, or Company policies may be violated. The Company may also suspend or terminate purchasing privileges at its discretion where misuse or misrepresentation is suspected.
8. Electronic Acceptance
By checking the acceptance box during checkout, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using this website, I acknowledge that this certification constitutes a legally binding electronic agreement and that my electronic acceptance carries the same force and effect as a handwritten signature.
