
Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final once shipped. The exceptions below describe when we will replace or credit an order.

Final-sale policy
All BRP products are research chemicals. Once a package has been shipped, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for unused product. Please confirm your order before completing checkout.
Damaged in transit
If your shipment arrives damaged, take photographs of the outer packaging and the affected items, then contact support@brpresearchgroup.com within 7 days of delivery. We will replace any damaged items at no additional cost after carrier review.
Incorrect or missing items
If we shipped the wrong product or your order is missing an item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will ship the correct product or the missing item at no additional cost.
Order cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled — refer to our Shipping Policy for transit information.
Quality concerns
If a Certificate of Analysis indicates a result outside our published specifications, we will replace the affected batch at no charge. Email support@brpresearchgroup.com with your order and batch numbers.
