Billing & Payment Policy
BRP Research Group LLC (“Company”), doing business as Bioresearchpeps.com (“BRP”), offers multiple payment options for customer convenience. By submitting an order, you agree to follow the payment procedures associated with your selected payment method.

1. Payment Information
Orders will not enter the fulfillment process until payment has been received and successfully verified.
2. Credit and Debit Card Transactions
To support payment processing and operational requirements, the Company may utilize third-party processors, merchant accounts, affiliates, or payment service providers. Billing Descriptors: The descriptor appearing on your bank or credit card statement may differ from the BRP brand name and may reflect a processing partner, affiliated business entity, merchant account, or abbreviated billing reference. Billing Questions: If you identify a transaction that you do not recognize, we encourage you to contact our customer support team before initiating a dispute with your financial institution. Many billing questions can be resolved quickly through order verification. Payment Disputes: The Company reserves the right to provide transaction records, order confirmations, delivery information, IP logs, and checkout authorization records in response to chargebacks or payment disputes. Accounts associated with fraudulent transactions, misuse of payment systems, or abusive chargeback activity may be restricted or terminated at the Company's discretion.
3. Zelle and Bank Transfer Payments
Customers selecting Zelle or other manual payment methods must follow the payment instructions provided during checkout. Payment Reference Information: To ensure timely verification, customers should include only the requested reference information provided during checkout (your order number) when submitting payment. Failure to follow payment instructions may delay verification and order processing. Processing Times: Manual payment verification is generally completed within one business day but may require up to seventy-two (72) hours during periods of increased order volume. Orders will remain pending until payment verification has been completed.
4. Digital Asset Payments
The Company may accept certain cryptocurrency or digital asset payment methods. Wallet Address Verification: Customers are solely responsible for confirming that payment is sent to the wallet address provided during checkout. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible, and the Company cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect wallet address. Network Confirmation: Order processing will begin only after the applicable blockchain network has recorded the required transaction confirmations.
5. Payment Finality
Except where required by law, completed payments are considered final. Because digital asset transactions and certain manual payment methods cannot be reversed, customers should carefully review all order details before submitting payment. If an order has not yet entered fulfillment, the Company may, at its sole discretion, approve a cancellation request and issue store credit or another remedy deemed appropriate.
6. Fraud Prevention and Order Verification
To protect customers and maintain payment security, the Company reserves the right to request additional information to verify an order before shipment. Verification requests may include confirmation of identity, billing information, payment authorization, or other reasonable documentation. If requested verification cannot be completed, the Company may delay, cancel, or refuse the order and may restrict future purchasing privileges where appropriate.
7. Payment Security
The Company employs commercially reasonable procedures designed to protect transaction integrity and reduce fraudulent activity. Customers are responsible for safeguarding their account information and ensuring that all payment information submitted is accurate and authorized. Any attempt to circumvent payment procedures, provide false information, or interfere with transaction processing may result in order cancellation and account restrictions.
